1. Provider and contact
Orbitrage is a service offered by a sole proprietorship established at Rozenheim 36, 7701 NG Dedemsvaart, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce number: 89345568. Establishment number: 000055144136. Email: algemeen@gzfx.nl.
“We”, “us” and “Orbitrage” refer to the provider. “Customer”, “you” and “user” refer to the company entering into the agreement and its authorised users.
2. The Orbitrage service
Orbitrage provides business intelligence for retail arbitrage. Depending on agreed access, the service may monitor retail sources, detect discounts, apply filters, display current and historical information, model marketplace fees, VAT, expenses, profit and ROI, and route qualifying opportunities to a dashboard or connected notification channel.
Features, sources, marketplaces and data depth depend on the selected platform plan, source bundles, technical availability and the configuration confirmed during intake.
3. Company eligibility and intake
Orbitrage is offered exclusively to registered companies for professional use. Consumers cannot enter into an Orbitrage agreement. Applicants must provide accurate company, VAT and contact details and confirm that the representative completing the intake may act for the company.
Access is discretionary. An intake request is not an offer that we must accept, and submitting company information does not guarantee admission. We may decline or end access where membership would create a commercial, security, legal or community risk.
4. Access configuration
Unless agreed otherwise, access requires at least one arbitrage platform and one base source bundle. The currently available platform modules and source packages are listed in the configuration tool.
A source bundle acts as the retail source layer for one or more selected arbitrage platforms. Expansion-only options may be added only when their stated platform or bundle requirements are met. Compatibility is not universal and available analysis can vary. Package compatibility means that supported shops are available, not that every retailer is supported. The applicable scope is recorded during intake or in the subsequent written confirmation.
Some source bundles may include access to one or more hivedeals Colonies. Such access is supplementary, may have separate community rules, and is included only when explicitly confirmed. Information about that separate service is available at hivedeals.gg.
5. Fees, VAT and manual invoicing
Each platform module and source package has its own monthly price, shown in the configuration tool. Prices exclude VAT; reverse charge applies where applicable. The monthly total depends on the selected configuration. A source package is charged once even when it supports multiple selected platforms. The final monthly fee is the total of the agreed configuration unless a different written quotation is accepted. Custom modules and add-ons are quoted separately.
Access and invoicing are arranged following an intake or appointment. Invoices are issued manually using reverse-charge arrangements after company and VAT details have been verified. The customer must provide and maintain valid invoicing information. Applicable tax treatment, invoice period, payment deadline, start date and any tailored commercial conditions are confirmed in writing or shown on the invoice.
Fees are due by the date stated on the invoice. We may suspend access after a missed payment and reasonable notice. Unless otherwise agreed, changes to platform, bundle or expansion access take effect after written confirmation.
6. Intelligence, calculations and results
Orbitrage provides decision-support information, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Product data, stock, prices, sales indicators, fees and marketplace conditions can be incomplete, delayed, incorrect or change without notice.
Profit and ROI figures are estimates based on available data and configured assumptions. The customer remains responsible for validating VAT treatment, costs, product eligibility, intellectual-property restrictions, seller terms, stock and commercial viability before purchasing or listing a product. No opportunity, resale, margin, sale or profit is guaranteed.
7. Accounts, confidentiality and permitted use
Access is personal to the approved company and its authorised users. Login details, alerts, datasets, calculations and community information must be kept secure and confidential.
You must not:
- share or resell account access or Orbitrage data outside the approved company;
- scrape, copy, republish, reverse engineer or build a competing dataset or service from the platform;
- circumvent security, platform limits, authentication or access restrictions;
- use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing activity;
- interfere with sources, marketplaces, other members or the operation of the service.
We may restrict or terminate access for a serious breach, suspected misuse or conduct that threatens the integrity of the private community.
8. Third-party platforms and communications
The service may depend on marketplaces, retailers, Discord, Telegram, authentication providers and other external services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Orbitrage does not control their availability, listings, stock, acceptance decisions or technical changes.
Any transaction for a product is between the customer and the relevant seller. Orbitrage is not the seller, marketplace or purchasing agent unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
9. Availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to provide a secure and useful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous source coverage or detection of every opportunity. Maintenance, source changes, rate limits, outages and events outside our control may delay or prevent data and alerts.
We may update the service, sources and calculations. We will communicate a materially adverse change to paid access where reasonably possible and discuss an appropriate adjustment when the agreed core scope can no longer be supplied.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Orbitrage is not liable for purchasing or listing decisions, lost profit, missed opportunities, marketplace action, third-party data, indirect loss or consequences of the customer’s settings and assumptions.
Total liability for attributable failures is limited to the fees paid by the affected customer for Orbitrage during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to intent or deliberate recklessness by the provider, or where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Duration, suspension and termination
The agreed start date, billing period and any notice arrangements are confirmed during onboarding. Either party may request a change or termination in writing. Access can be suspended immediately where needed to protect security, comply with law, investigate misuse or prevent harm to the service or community.
On termination, access ends at the agreed time and confidential information must no longer be used or shared. Invoice, confidentiality, intellectual-property and liability provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
12. Intellectual property
Orbitrage and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, visual identity, calculations, selection methods, documentation and compiled data. The customer receives only a limited, non-transferable right to use the agreed service internally during active access.
13. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, operations or law. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated before they take effect where reasonably possible.
Dutch law governs the agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, subject to mandatory rules that cannot be excluded. Questions or complaints can be sent to algemeen@gzfx.nl or raised with @gzfx on Discord.
